Storyline
After suffering humiliation by the crew Invincible, street dancer Ash (Hentschel) looks to gather the best dancers from around the world for a rematch.Plot:
“When top street dancer Ash (Falk Hentschel) is humiliated and laughed off stage by American crew Invincible, he sets off to gather the best dancers from around the world to take them on – with a dance style they weren’t expecting. With landmark locations, a spectacular fusion of dance styles and an unparalleled vibrancy, the sequel to StreetDance sees our hero fall in love with Eva (Sofia Boutella) a beautiful salsa dancer as he discovers the magic, power and passion of dancing for the ultimate global dance off.”They’re currently shooting on location throughout Europe, including London, Paris, Rome and Berlin. The film will be released sometime in 2012.

Streetdance 2 sees the return of favorites from the first film, including George Sampson, who won over audiences with his portrayal of cheeky chappie Eddie, and dance troupe Flawless reprise their role as dance crew The Surge.

The film is now shooting on location throughout Europe, including London, Paris, Rome and Berlin.

So I guess Street Dance 2 won't focus on Carly (Nichola Burley) and Jay (Ukweli Roach), the lead characters of the first film.
StreetDance 3D Sequel
There's a movie sequel to StreetDance 3D, the British take on street dance that took the world over by surprise in 2010, ahead of us. Yep, get ready for StreetDance 2!The cast of Street Dance 2 hasn't been announced yet, but some details have surfaced through a casting call. We got a synopsis, and the descriptions of two lead characters:
Female Lead. All Ethnicities, 18 to 25. Seeking a smart, sassy, and smokin’ hot lead female with amazing freestyle dance moves.

Male Lead, Caucasian, 18 to 25. Seeking the new Channing Tatum... In need of a Fantastic freestyle dancer, with some great acting chops!
